I said that I was quite sure that I knew what luxury was and that I had an idea of what it meant to be luxurious. But then I did some research, just to see if what the woman had told was true and, yes, I believe I’d better find that woman’s address pronto because I owe her an apology… Hotel Plaza Athénée’s luxury is uncomparable. Wake up in style and prepare yourself for the day ahead by ordering from the hotel's tantilising room-service menu and whilst you are waiting to eat begin your morning routine in your marble floored bathroom complete with logo embroidered bathrobes and slippers. Then it is off to explore the city. If you need to take a break from your day of hitting the shops Hotel Plaza Athénée has 5 restaurants for you to choose from and one and the most attractive bars that I have ever set my eyes on. This place is beyond chic with a drinks menu to die for. Anyone can feel like a celebrity sipping an expertly shaken cocktail in this place.

After a hard day shopping on the streets of Paris one needs to feel pampered and relaxed and what better way to feel on cloud nine than a sauna followed by a glass, or bottle (no one is watching), of wine from the cellar that holds 35,000 bottles. A wine connoisseur’s fantasy.
