Taste of Roma: coming soon...

For all of those who, for some reason, couldn't attend the father of all food events in Milan in May, or for whoever never gets enough of foodie events, the next place to be is definitely Rome, where Taste of Roma awaits with top chefs and, needless to say, delicious dishes.

If you have already been to Taste of Milano (LINK a maggio) you know very well what awaits for you. If you haven't been, we are about to tell what you can expect and experience at the spin off of one of the most important events for food in Italy.

In the beautiful setting of Auditorium Parco della Musica in Roma, from the 20 until the 23rd of September 2012, you will have the chance to meet the most renowned chefs and to taste the cuisine. Yes, because finally the super-star food event born in Milan lands, for the first time, in Rome to tease the Roman (and not only) foodie's palates.

The protagonists? Well, 12 restaurant (so far, but the program is a constant work-in-progress, find updates on http://www.tasteofroma.it) with their delicious cuisine, with chefs that will cook their best dishes for you, in real-time. Each stand will have its own cuisine and chefs will meet the public.

You want the names?  Aquolina Hostaria in Roma (Chef: Giulio Terrinoni), Agata e Romeo (chef: Agata Parisella), All'oro (chef: Riccardo Di Giacinto), Giuda Ballerino (Chef: Andrea Fusco), Glass Hostaria (Chef: Cristina Bowerman), Il convivio Troiani (Chef: Angelo Troiani), Il Pagliaccio (Chef: Anthony Genovese), Imàgo – Hassler Hotel (chef: Francesco Apreda), L'Arcangelo (chef: Arcangelo Dandini), Magnolia - Jumeirah Grand Hotel Via Veneto (chef: Kotaro Noda), Metamorfosi (Chef: Roy Caceres), Pipero al Rex ((chef: Luciano Monosilio). The formula is the same one as Taste of Milano: on the menu, three dishes that best represent the restaurant.

As a plus, more than 60 food and wine producers will attend with their products. ad 100 events among showcooking, conferences, tastings.
