5 top cocktails to enjoy the summer breeze
It’s that time of the year when we just can’t wait to go on vacation and lay on a beach with flip flops. But if you haven’t managed (yet) a break from the city’s sweltering temperatures, get a hint of sea breeze with Bar Martini’s cocktails that Paolo Catanese, Manager of the Bar Martini, has selected just for you. They are easy to make thanks to his directions and delicious, too. Enjoy!
Lemon and orange zest
2 slices Ginger
60 ml Prosecco
Prep the ingredients. Place the lemon, orange and ginger in the glass first and then pour in the Prosecco, leaving it to infuse for a few minutes. Serve in a balloon glass, with a twist or zest of orange and lemon as decoration.
70 ml Grey Goose vodka
70 ml Martini Gold
2 teaspoons Sugar
4 slices Lime
Prep the ingredients. Crush the lime, fill the glass with crushed Ice, pour the ingredients and mix well with a bar spoon. Serve in a high-stem tumbler (175 ml capacity), with a mint leaf floating in it as decoration.
15 ml Grey Goose orange Vodka
15 ml Grand marnier
Lemon juice (some drop)
30 ml Blue Curacao
60 ml Champagne
Prep the ingredients and place them in the glass, then pour the champagne. Serve in a sugar rimmed flute (120 ml capacity), with a cherry to decorate.
50 ml Strawberries
50 ml Celery
75 ml Pineapple
Centrifuge the ingredients and serve in a high-stem tumbler (175 ml capacity) with a strawberry to decorate.
150 ml Mango
25 ml Lime
1 small slice of Ginger
Mix the ingredients with an electronic mixer. Serve in a balloon glass (175 ml capacity) and use an alkikinger to decorate.
