Nicole Kidman shares something special with Zac Efron

Ok, so… we have one of the most famous female actresses of the last 25 years and we have one of the hottest male talents, put together in Lee Daniels’ new film ‘The Paperboy’. Details have it that these two superstars have shared something rather intimate. Something that most haven’t before, something golden.

So, did that get you thinking? Now, we’re not talking jewellery here, no, we’re actually talking about… urine. Yep, that good ol’ golden stuff. But, please don’t think that Swide is being smutty here, this is actually coming straight from a scene of the new film.

This news has been circulating since the movie’s debut at Cannes but it hasn’t been until now that Kidman has talked about it properly. Speaking to V Magazine, Kidman refers to the scene as ‘the peeing thing’, saying that it wasn’t awkward or caused her embarrassment because it wasn’t her doing it, but her character. Also, the scene in which this happens is when Zac’s character, Jack, is stung by a jellyfish and Charlotte, Nicole’s character, assists him by letting out an impressive stream of urine onto him. What gives this scene a laugh is also Kidman’s line, ‘if anyone’s going to pee on him, it’s gonna be me!’ and, with that, she unleashes herself all over the pretty boy’s chest and face…

Yep. We’ll leave with that image for a moment.

Okay? Let’s move on.

So, not only is she proving she’s a dedicated actress, Nicole is also doing her up and coming honour justice. The honour is the being given to her at the 50 th edition of the New York Film Festival in a gala tribute. It’s said that the gala will be held on Oct 3 and will be closely followed by a gala on 10 honouring the work of Richard Pena.

Her honour will be put to the test in 2013, when 2, maybe 3, films will be released. In post-production is ‘The Railway Man’, which is based on the true story of a victim of World War II’s ‘Death Railway’ and his journey to find those who are responsible for his torture. Nicole steps in a Patricia Wallace and stars alongside Colin Firth. A film on the horizon that has been completed is ‘Stoker’; A horror/thriller about a India Stoker, whose father dies and is required to make space for her uncle, who she never knew existed, to come and live with her and her unstable mother, Evie (Kidman). India believes the man to have ulterior motives and… well, things go a bit pear shaped.

We haven’t seen Kidman star in a thriller for a while and so it will be good to be reminded of her acting abilities, the ones that she’s exemplified by urinating on Zac Efron…

Brilliant.
