Janelle’s Tuxedo love pursuit is well-known to style-lovers, but paired with Bruno Mars’ appeal it topped every expectation. It is hard to depict music as being innovative in the last decade: the young duo have managed to create a new world within the existent music circles and trends. Crowned by the music industry with Grammy Awards to both, incredible response to their respective debuts, Janelle with Metropolis in 2007 and Bruno with Doo Wops & Hooligans, now they share the stage for a special occasion: The Met Gala 2011.

There has been much talk of crownings lately, some involved a tiara, others only needed a touch of edge and style. Standing ovation to Janelle and Bruno for keeping us on our toes with interest and always delivering respect-worthy performances.
