She also reveals how turning 30 won't direct her towards a life crisis but will in fact make her feel empowered about who she is and knows that she won't have to apologise to anyone about who she is. Anne has also realised that knowledge isn't something that suddenly comes to you and that asking questions is still OK even though she thought that all would suddenly be revealed to her. So, all of you who are in a flap about the big Three-O, relax and take your time and don't start hiding the candles on your cake yet.
