Wintour damn it, who would have known that Jessie J hid an elegant lady under her fringe and heavy accessories?

I adored Jessie J the first time I saw her on myspace; she had a few thousands of fans back then with respect to hundreds of thousands she has now. I do remember foreseeing a future in which her bob hairstyle with fringe would be the next 'it-hairdo' and her songs the personal anthems of teenagers. She didn't disappoint me at all. She 'did it like a dude' and showed us how you could use myspace to create your own, loyal fan base and market your talent in the best ways possible.

Yesterday, at the Glamour Women of The Year Awards at Berkeley Square Gardens, she surprised me a lot with her style. Off goes the fringe, off goes the rather masculine clothes and there she was: a beautiful, elegant lady in a sequined, black dress smiling and posing to the hundreds of cameras flashing her way.
I said to myself: 'Wintour damn it, would would have known that Jessie J hid an elegant lady under her fringe and heavy accessories?'
