Dolce&Gabbana’s leading man has been teasing us with rumours of distancing himself away from his modelling career and delving into the world of hospitality as a hotelier… have I got my facts right? Swide has the answer.
Well, it would appear that this rumour isn't as true we as first thought. The top male model has been wooing member of English girl group The Saturdays’ Mollie King and it seems that it has got the handsome chap thinking. If the idea of the Gandy-King duo embarking on a hotel adventure has caught your imagination, Swide can confirm that the male model has nothing to do with these rumours. Shame. There we were thinking about where this adventure would take place? A quaint, old English cottage, a slick’n’chic establishment in New York or even setting up camp in Gandy’s second home Italy? But, no, a source close to Mr. Gandy informed us that he has said that this information is all untrue.
Tongues have been wagging feverishly about David’s current career and whether he is to move on to other projects. Who knows? What we do know is that it won't be Gandy's Guest Rooms. So, for now we'll have to let that thought shrink away. Still it was nice to consider what it would've been like; a place where the bellboys are hot off the catwalk, the toiletries scented like Light Blue by Dolce&Gabbana and maybe he has picked up a few cooking tips from the Sicilian born designers. Imagine that, a fusion of English, Italian and Indian food… We can dream?
