Keep working with Milano Thunder's Clemente Russo

We stay with WSB Champion Clemente Russo for the second instalment of the Dolce&Gabbana Milano Thunder workout, which is still focused on the abdominal muscles. These next exercises should be added to the previous set of exercises if possible. They can be done instead of the first set to change up the work out. They are mid difficulty and will work to build and define your abdominals and increase your strength and core muscles.

If you’ve been following our series of Dolce&Gabbana workout videos it’s time to step it up a bit. You’ll notice already an increase in strength in your midriff region so time to increase difficulty by adding a new set. With this extra set you’ll see even more of a difference. So come on! Keep working with Milano Thunder!
