Out braving Milan's chilly November weather last night was Naomi Campbell with beau Vladislav Doronin, Giorgio Armani, Italian Vogue's Anna Piaggi, Margherita Missoni and the man himself Valentino Garavani with business partner and companion Giancarlo Giammetti.
