Margareth Madè on men, Sicily and icons

Swide caught up with Baaria star Margareth Madè minutes before Dolce & Gabbana's F/W 2010-11 men's show, a show in which she became one of the stars as footage from the film accompanied the models on the catwalk.

It may not have been Baaria's time to shine yesterday at the Golden Globes but with the Oscars nominations approaching there is still a sense of anticipation in the air... We'll wait and see and in the meantime we will feast upon beautiful Margareth and her most penetrating eyes.

The Sophia Loren biopic will be starring Margareth as well as Sophia Loren herself (they'll be playing Sophia and her mother, respectively); based on her biography, My House is Full of Mirrors is the tale of Loren's rise to riches and fame. A sign of things to come for young Margareth?

With special thanks to Margareth Madè.
