Scarlett's kissable lips are not only the face of Dolce & Gabbana's new make-up line. She's also set to sing a Jeff Buckley cover for the soundtrack of forthcoming film - He’s Just Not That Into You.
Forthcoming film - He’s Just Not That Into You features Scarlett Johansson both onscreen and off-screen on its forthcoming soundtrack. Singing a cover version of Jeff Buckley's, “Last Goodbye” she joins artists such as Wilco, R.E.M. and the Cure who are also featured on the new album to accompany the film.
If you’ve ever sat by the phone wondering why he said he would call and didn't and no one told you why – well this film is for you. The answer he/she is not that into you is apparently one of the world’s unsaid truths and a phrase first inspired by a line by the near mythical Sex and the City series. As director Ken Kwapis has remarked, the film could be
“... the first feature film to be inspired by one line of dialogue from one episode of a television show.”
Scarlett will star alongside the film with Academy Award® winner Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Academy Award® winner Jennifer Connelly, Kevin Connolly Ginnifer Goodwin, Kris Kristofferson and Justin Long.
If you’ve ever scribbled your number on a beer mat with no result - this is film is for you...although somehow we can't imagine this has happened to Scarlett or those lips.
The soundtrack for hits stores on Feb 3rd and the film on Feb 6th.
