Anna Dello Russo is ready for a wild ride. She doesn’t want to be cool, she wants to be fashion… Anna Dello Russo surely is fashionable. A few basic rules such as “never wear a catwalk look twice”, Anna made a statement last weekend by matching her outfit with her friend Stefano Gabbana’s Vespa. Entirely in leopard Dolce&Gabbana signature look the Vespa is the ultimate accessory. Mr Gabbana had two “very couture” Vespas made for him, a leopard one and…. Surprisingly one in gold!
Forget the it bag; in 2010 it is about bespoke Vespas. The first question that pops up with this newly announced fashion trend is the number of different Vespas one should owe. Followed instantly by another one, which is where to park them. Anna Dello Russo has a studio flat dedicated to her collectable wardrobe; she might soon get a private giant scooter park…
Fashion has no limit, matching phones are now totally out, and you need more than that, the greater the accessory, the greater the momentum.
Of course to be on top of it all you need an amazing designer for best friend and Anna’s job… But that is another story.
