Where to get Dolce&Gabbana's Madonna Book

One of our readers ask, after having seen a post on Madonna Scrapbook, where he can get Dolce&Gabbana's Madonna book.

Dear Swide,

I've been dreaming for this moment so long that when I saw the Madonna book by Dolce&Gabbana on this blog called Madonna Scrapbook, I felt like the world was mine. I had to find it at any cost which is why I started searching around, asking everyone that I know where I can find this book, going to every single bookstore in my city (I live in London) desperately BEGGING for a copy... yet, I couldn't find it anywhere. Is it one of these ultra-rare super-limited books that you get to see on websites but you never have the chance to touch or is it still possible to order one? PLEASE let me know and send me a copy, pleasepleaseplease! I can do anything to make this happen: sing all Madonna songs at the top of my lungs (I have a nice voice or so they say), teach you guys all the Madonna dance routines, or I don't know! Let me know

Dear Depressed Maddy Fan,

Thanks, now we're depressed as well. We actually had no idea that this book existed! Actually, we checked and unfortunately we don't know anything about this book: it's not a Dolce&Gabbana book... YET, we do have a brilliant idea. If you happen to find a copy of this, we can exchange it for a whole Dolce&Gabbana collection of your choice (so you send us the book, we send you EACH and EVERY single piece from our SS 11 collection, FW 12 one, or whichever you prefer!)! We hope to hear from you...
