Following the unbridled success of last season’s animalier Bronzer, Dolce&Gabbana presents the Animalier Signature Collection, a new limited edition which is encased in especially created leopard print packaging.
Dolce&Gabbana’s success as a luxury fashion house is partly due to the designers stylistic DNA and the brand’s recognizable signatures. One of the most important, and well-loved stylistic codes is the sometimes unconventional use of leopard print. For the Fall Winter 2013 season, Animalier is transported from fashion and accessories to makeup.
The Dolce&Gabbana Animalier Signature Collection palette is Pat McGrath’s brainchild. Leopard print inspires the colours: mink, bronze, coffee and beige, for a striking yet sophisticated look.
At the centre of the collection lies the bronzer: a sun kissed shade with the warm glow of the Saharan sun. For the eyes, classic eye shadow quad in Desert: with four warm tones, and an extra punch is added with the liquid eyeliners in Baroque Gold, Baroque Bronze and Baroque Silver.
For the lips, the trio of colours forms an incredibly wearable spectrum: from caramel to beige to red.
Felicity Jones, clad in leopard print and donning the reddest of red lipstick redefines animalier for the new generation.
