We say jump, you say how high?

Burn 100 calories every 5 minutes and work every muscle group in the body. The old-school workout turns digital with JumpSnap - the new skipping rope.

Whilst watching Sylvester Stallone in Rocky will always remain our cult fitness moment, sadly at home it never quite pans out like the video below. We trip, we fall - the skipping rope gets stuck on our bedroom door.

Out and about recently we've spotted the fit people with this new "jumpsnap" skipping rope. A digital version of the traditional skipping rope, it works without the annoying rope.

The digital skipping rope has a built-in calorie counting computer (skipping is rumoured to burn 100 calories every five minutes), 3 Interchangeable weights for each handle should you want to increase the intensity of your workout, plus a "built-in" personal trainer with four easy workouts which will (scarily) offer comments during your workout - all positive of course. Jump to it.
