Ah the irony of a dance move named after a curry. With the festive season in full swing try this Bollywood inspired workout to ensure you fit into your party clothes.

The Masala Bhangra workout is derived from two Indian words Masala, which means spicy in Hindi, and Bhangra, which is a traditional folk dance from the northern state of Punjab, India.
Certified by fitness boards, the workout was invented by Sarina Jain, the 'Jane Fonda of India' and incorporates sliding steps, squats, jumps, turns, and lots of hand and wrist movement. Jain first introduced the workout through a series of tapes in the 1990s but as the mainstream interest in Bollywood has grown in the last year - so too has the workout's popularity.
