We all know how to recognize a Labrador, Maltese or a German Shepard, but there are some weird and beautiful dog breeds out there which look almost alien to the untrained eye. Here are 10 of the least popular dog breeds today.
Unless you’re a Crufts aficionado who watches the TV coverage religiously, there is a chance that your dog knowledge doesn’t stretch much further than Lassie, Rin Tin Tin and that cute white dog from the Caesar commercials.
Lets forget for a second the ever-popular Labs and Chiwawas that we see running about in parks, strolling on the high-street or peeping out of handbags, and lets spare a though for those rather less popular breeds, who are not only unloved, overlooked at dog shelters, but also on the verge on extinction.
