Have you noticed? Just one more week until Fashion week. And after this
Fashion week it's summertime! That means it's time to get that gym subscription
from your bottom drawer and renew it, for two very good reasons: 1) models
everywhere 2) on the beach all your friends are perfectly toned and you're the
one with the great personality.
Time to turn things around. Get pumping and in no time you'll finally have the
muscles needed to make sure that no-one will reproach you if you're shallow.
It's all about balance: if you're a skinny little thing, you're gonna have to
raise the odds in your favour with your wits. But who cares to hear the sound of
your voice if they're dazzled by your pecs?
Start off with some cardio with a little help from Ok Go (maybe one of the best videos ever?):

Next, have a look at Eric Prydz' video for his "Call on me" and try to convince yourself that if they can do it, so can you.
