Jessie J adds a touch of Goth to her pop prowess

The singing sensation and The Voice UK judge, Jessie J, is known for her chameleon like ability to flit from diva to hip-hop girl in the blink of an eye. Now, by the looks of her shoot for Elle UK, she’s adding gothic glamour to the mix.

Not only is she upping her game in the style stakes, it is almost rumoured that the star wants to turn her hand to collaborating with UK fashion designers, creating a range that she feels would express her sense of style.

Jessie J is open about her sexuality and has stated that it is time for her to explore different sides of herself and feels that right now, she is feeling more feminine than ever. Miles away from the aggressive attitude and look that we were presented with when she first burst on to the scene with ‘Do it Like a Dude’.

Since then, she rocketed to superstardom in the UK and has been picking up fans internationally. As a judge on The Voice UK we’ve also seen her mature with her style and it seems to be going somewhere rather amazing. Take the cover shoot that Jessie J has done with Elle UK.

We’ve seen this goth glamour look hinted at in the past but never has she looked so good and so damn confident… well, apart from the time we saw her rock out with Queen at the Olympic Games Closing Ceremony earlier this summer. This style of glamour was seen during the 90s and there is no denying that it is making a secure comeback and Jessie J is wearing it well. Maybe this is what has got her thinking about dabbling in her own flair for fashion?
