Federico Fellini's Book of Dreams

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Federico Fellini's La Dolce Vita - on view for the first time in the U.S is an exhibition showcasing two original volumes of Federico Fellini's, "The Book of Dreams."

"The Book of Dreams" consists of Fellini's notebooks filled with unique writings and colorful drawings documenting the great Italian director’s dreams. Fellini began the notebooks in the 1960s and continued adding to them until 1990, three years before his death at the age of 73.

The exhibition is being held by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts (those that dish out the Oscars) in collaboration with the Fondazione Federico Fellini and the Fondazione Cinema per Roma.
